Q. How long does it take before you ship my order?
A. Most of the orders can be shipped within 2-5 days; however, some orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship. We will notify you of the estimated ship date upon receipt of your order. If you have a special request, please email us or enter it into the comments section of your order.

Q. What if I do not receive my package?
A. All packages will be sent return receipt.  In the event that a package is lost by the shipping company, we will file a missing package report and either find the package and redeliver it, or we will refund your money.  We will not be held liable for a delivered package which has been received and signed for.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the jewelry if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Only unworn or unused pieces will be considered for exchange. Once you contact us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the merchandise.

Q. What happens if I my piece needs to be repaired?
A. Our pieces are guaranteed indefinitely when handled with the care suggested below. Should you need a repair, simply return the item to us with your return address, and we will repair it and return it to you. You are responsible for shipping it to us, and we will cover the return shipment.

Q. How do I care for my jewelry?
A. The best way to insure a long life for your jewelry is to treat it well. This includes, keeping it away from water, lotions, perfumes, and hairspray. You should also store your pieces in a jewelry box or plastic bag. Keep them separated to prevent tangling and avoid putting it in your purse or places where it may get knocked around. Do not use cleaning solutions made for silver or gold jewelry, the pieces are 22k gold-plated. You can use a clean cloth and mild soap to clean the jewelry.

 

Q. Do the earrings come in both post and clip on?

A. Yes. But please contact us for availability for immediate shipping. If not available, please allow from 1 - 3 week delivery time.

Q. Why are some pieces more expensive than others?
A. Some styles are made in limited editions with precious stones, such as rubies, emeralds and sapphires, which are rare and more valuable. Therefore, these pieces are more expensive than similar ones made with semi-precious stones.

Q. Why are some pieces signed and some come with a signed tag?
A. Not all of Swoboda pieces were originally signed. Sometimes it is difficult to place a signature on the piece, or it was made before Swoboda started signing the jewelry. Therefore, a signed tag is included with the piece that is not signed.
